Premiums – It is helpful to both SEARV and you if Electronic Funds Transfer is used for premium payment.

Contact Information - Always communicate changes of contact information to SEARV.  We send out annual newsletters, audit reports and other information and it is important we have your correct contact information.

Upcoming Retirement - If you are currently on staff and planning to retire please notify SEARV. 

Part "B" Reimbursement - If you are PSU and you qualify for Part “B” reimbursements please refer to that page on this web site for help with your claim.

Concerns - Problems or issues with carriers as well as positive remarks are always important to us.  We periodically review our relationship with carriers and your feedback helps us with those reviews.

Sister Organizations - CORE of OEA and SEARV are two very different organizations.  If you have questions about your coverage please contact either the third party administrator or any Board member. 

Status Changes - Please notify the Third party administrator, CW Breitsman, of any change in status, such as a death, change in marital status, or desire to enroll or resign from the VEBA.
